All our second-hand jewellery is assessed and authenticated by our in-house gemologists.
All our second-hand jewelry pieces are unique. Therefore, we do not have stock. If you cannot find the jewelry, it may have already been sold.
If you do not know your ring size, or if you are buying a ring for someone else, we have prepared this ring sizer to help you.
For online purchases on the Gemwheel site, you benefit from a 10-day return period.
Withdrawal means that you have changed your mind after receiving your product in good condition and wish to return it for a refund. You must inform us within 10 calendar days after the delivery date. After this 10-day calendar period, we will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds.
The jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and without any traces or marks. Return shipping costs will be borne by Gemwheel.
Jewelry that has been personalized or modified (engraving, resizing, etc.) is non-refundable.
