Our story
Gemwheel was born from an observation and a will.
During our laboratory identifications or as part of our jewellery appraisals, many customers asked us for sales advice. In our approach to support them as best as possible, we have established the following observations:
- Customers are often afraid to make a sale
- They don't always know where to go
- They are worried about selling at the wrong price or losing out on the sale
- Buyers want to be sure of the quality of their purchase for a second-hand piece of jewellery
That's how the idea for Gemwheel was born.
