Gemwheel - second-hand platform

Buying worn jewelry is also tempting and comes with its share of uncertainties. Are we paying a fair price? Can we be sure of the quality of the gems or metals that make up the jewelry?

Gemwheel

Because every piece of jewelry deserves a second life

Gemwheel connects sellers and buyers of second-hand jewelry, with independent gemological expertise.
We do not buy the jewelry: we certify each piece before it is listed to ensure transparency, fair pricing, and trust for both parties.

Expertise and authenticity

Each piece of jewelry is authenticated by the gemologists at the iGEM Gemology Laboratory: metal and gemstone types, treatments or repairs… You know exactly what you are buying.

An authentication certificate will be provided upon purchase. Sellers receive advice on the selling price to ensure it is fair for both the seller and the buyer. This reflects the current second-hand market price.

Simplicity

Our jewelry catalog is online. You can purchase directly through the site and have it delivered.

Would you prefer to try on your jewelry before picking it up? It's simple: we welcome you by appointment at our Montreal office.

Transparency & discretion

The amount shown on the site is net of any other fees (except for delivery if you choose that option).

Gemwheel is an intermediary. The identity of each party (seller and buyer) is respected.
