REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – SATISFACTION GUARANTEE OR REFUND

If the product does not meet your expectations, you must return it in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition, within 5 days of its receipt by you at Gemwheel, 460 Sainte Catherine Ouest, office 919, Montreal, QC. H3B 1A7.

We commit to refunding the item via bank transfer, check, or other means of payment within 15 days of its receipt by us under the following conditions :

• If the package is returned in its entirety, we will refund the price of the item. Any shipping costs for the return package as well as insurance for sending the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
• If the item is returned due to our responsibility, we will refund the item and any return shipping costs.
