How to sell your jewelry?
Selling a piece of jewelry that you have worn has never been easier. Gemwheel takes care of everything while ensuring transparency and confidentiality.

You can drop off your jewelry at our premises or have it delivered. Gemwheel takes care of the rest:
- Online listing
- Jewelry description
- Authentication
- Photography
- Advice on the selling price at the right market price
- Online sale
If you change your mind and prefer to retrieve your jewelry before it is sold, that is also possible! (We require a minimum of 1 month on the site.)
A fee of $60 per piece of jewelry will, however, be retained by Gemwheel for administrative and listing fees, regardless of the value of the jewelry.

- Gemwheel is an independent jewelry house, born from the gemological expertise of IGEM.
- It caters to discerning clients who are sensitive to traceability and the story carried by the jewelry.
- The identification of the jewelry is done by professional gemologists at the iGEM Gemology Laboratory.
- The suggested retail price is provided by the professional evaluators of the iGEM Evaluation Center
Our commitment
Privacy
Parting with a piece of jewelry is not always easy, and one may want or need discretion depending on the circumstances. Gemwheel is an intermediary; your name or contact details will never be mentioned.
Security
Your jewelry will be securely stored outside of our premises during the sale.
You will be credited to your bank account 10 business days after the sale of your jewelry.
Transparency
Gemwheel charges its expertise at a service rate between 10% and 15% (plus applicable taxes) depending on the sale price of the jewelry. No additional fees are requested.
Justness
Gemwheel is an intermediary, advising a market selling price to facilitate your sale. No agreement is allowed between Gemwheel and a buyer to influence a selling price.
