Shop for the piece of jewellery you want to buy. Once you have found your jewel, click on it to go to the product page.
Then click on "Add to cart". If you want to add more items to the cart, you can continue shopping. Otherwise, click on "Order". Fill in the billing and delivery information.
To complete the order, choose a payment method and proceed to the payment of your order.
If you don't know your ring size, or if you're buying a ring for someone else, we've prepared this ring sizer to help you out.
For online purchases on the Gemwheel website, you have a 5-day withdrawal period..
Withdrawal implies that you have changed your mind after receiving your product in good condition and you wish to send it back to us for a refund. You must notify us within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. After this period of 5 calendar days, we will not be able to proceed with any exchange or refund.
Jewellery must be unworn, in its original condition, and without any traces or marks. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Jewellery that has been personalised or altered (engraving, sizing, etc.) is non-refundable.

In the case of a return of a piece of jewellery because you have changed your mind, Gemwheel is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us..
After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the information. As soon as it has been shipped, a new automatic email with the tracking number will be sent to you.

All our second-hand jewellery is appraised and authenticated by our in-house gemmologists.
All our second-hand jewellery is unique and we do not carry multiple stock. If you cannot find the jewel, it may already be sold.
