All our second-hand jewelry pieces are unique. Therefore, we do not have stock. If you cannot find the jewelry, it may have already been sold.

For online purchases on the Gemwheel site, you benefit from a 10-day withdrawal period.
The withdrawal means that you have changed your mind after receiving your product in good condition and wish to return it for a refund. You must inform us within 10 calendar days after the delivery date. After this 10-day calendar period, we will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds.
The jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and without any traces or marks. Return shipping costs will be borne by Gemwheel.
Jewelry that has been personalized or modified (engraving, resizing, etc.) is non-refundable.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the information. As soon as it has been shipped, a new automatic email containing the tracking number will be sent to you.
